It is now a legal requirement for all domestic properties, whether marketed for sale or rent, to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Whether a Landlord, Estate Agent, Solicitor, Conveyancer or Private home owner, we are here to provide a service to you.

Properties marketed for Sale will require an EPC to be commissioned prior to the home being put out to market. It is the responsibility of the seller to commission this.

For properties on the market for Rent, it is the responsibility of the landlord to hold a current EPC. An EPC must be made available to the new tenant.

With immediate effect we are expanding our operating area to cover the M3 corridor from Basingstoke to South West London.
Qualified to Produce Energy Performance Certificates After 1st April 2012.
Due to the major influence of the pending Green Deal initiative, it has been a requirement for ALL Domestic Energy Assessors in England, Wales and Scotland to go through an "upskilling process" and subsequently pass an exam to allow them to continue to produce EPC's after 1st April 2012.
Rest assured, AW Energy Assessments has now successfully completed this process and is able to conduct EPC surveys and produce EPC's after the 1st April deadline.
The New EPC is to be launched on 1st April 2012.
